He is reunited in Heaven with his mother, Ofelia Saucedo-Rios; father, Ruben A. Rios; brother, Jose A. Rios and his father-in-law Antonio Ruiz.

Mr. Rios is loved and will be greatly missed by his wife 27 years, Barbara J. Rios; children, Joel Flores (Marissa M. Flores), Kimberly Rios, Lauren Ashley Quinterro and Ruben A. Rios III; grandchildren, Kalina M. Flores, Abigail Pulido and  Josiah Pulido; sister, San Juanita De La Cruz; brothers,  Martin Rios, Juan Rios and Dagoberto Rios; mother-in-law, Margarette Ruiz; brothers-in-law, Gabriel Arrguine and Tony Ruiz; sister-in-law, Juliane Peterson as well as other loving relatives and friends.
