Ruby Borrego, born May 4, 1975 in San Antonio Tx went to be with our Lord on August 11, 2021.

She is preceded in death by her sister, Yvette Salinas, her grandmother, Mary Salinas, and her aunts, Dora Bravo, Rosie Salinas, Hopie Salinas, and Ray Salinas.

Ruby leaves behind to cherish in her memory her parents, Gloria Salinas and Alfred Borrego, her brother, Armando Encina, her two daughters, Mary G. Borrego and Adela Borrego, and her aunts Adela B. Jamerson, Alex Bravo, Antonio Bravo, Victor Salinas, her nephews, Joseph Telize, Jeremy Telize, and Fabian Pecazos, her cousins, Angel Zamora, Justin Macias, Carlos Bravo, and Tony Bravo in addition to many other family members.

Ruby was deeply loved and brought immense joy to those around her. We loved her sense of humor and her caring ways. Ruby will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Words cannot express the feeling in our hearts. Thank you for your prayers and support during this difficult time. Your shared memories, comforting condolences, and gestures of love are truly appreciated.

A visitation for Ruby will take place on Wednesday, August 25, 2021 at Castillo Mission Funeral Home from 8:00 am to 12:00pm with a chapel service at 12:00 pm. After the service we will meet at San Fernando III Catholic Cemetery for interment.
