Ruby Diaz-Cabrera entered eternal rest on Sunday, December 18, 2022 at the blessed age of 52. She was born on October 15, 1970, in San Antonio, TX. She is reunited in heaven with her parents Joe and Dolores Lopez. She is loved and will be greatly missed by her children Adam Edward Gonzalez, James Matthew Lopez, Cristian Jacob Vernal; grandchildren Madelyn Aubrey Gutierrez, Christopher Vernal, Jonathan James Gonzalez and Ariel Gonzalez; siblings Isabel Piña, Beki Reina (Andres), Jo Anne Lujan (Fernando), Frank Hernandez (Guadalupe); numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and countless friends. Ruby will remain in our hearts and memories as a vibrant, generous, full of life, honest, very funny, feisty yet kind hearted soul. She was such a life of the party that her maker wanted to be close to her, leaving us with a void that can never be filled.
