Rudy Chavez
Jr.
March 10, 1974 – March 25, 2024
Rudy Chavez, Jr was born March 10, 1974 to Rodolfo P Chavez and Maria Elena Chavez.
Rudy, known to family as "Rud-ito" and friends and "Rude Dog", was a strong, independent and kindhearted person. He was always making jokes or making fun of us, but either way we were laughing! To say Rudy loved sports was an understatement, he lived & breathed sports. He was very passionate about his favorite teams and he wasn't afraid to let anybody know about their poor choice in teams. One thing for certain, he was a true Dallas Cowboy fan… win or lose, he was always cheering them on. Rudy also had a love & appreciation for music… and his favorites were the oldies.
Rudy faced many hardships in life, but was always able to overcome with the help of his family and friends. Rudy received the news of his cancer and although he was prepared to fight, God had other plans for him. Rudy was called back home on March 25, 2024.
Rudy is now reunited in heaven with his beloved mother , aunts, uncles & grandparents. He is survived by his father Rodolfo P. Chavez (stepmom Carmen, stepsister Maria), his fur baby Max and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins & friends.
Rudy will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
