Ruth "Ruthie" Bueno Guzman was such an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, in law and friend. She loved to spend time with family and friends laughing and dancing which is why we had so many get togethers. She loved sewing, making costumes and patching things up for her family. She Enjoyed watching sports like her Spurs. Ruth worked in the medical Health field for the City of San Antonio and got a chance to retire young. She enjoyed her remaining time with her husband of 52 years Jimmy Guzman. She also leaves behind 2 children James with spouse Sandra and Monica with spouse Hector and 4 grandchildren Bianca, James Heron, Sofia and Nadia. She is extremely loved. Her main concern was always to teach everyone in her life, right from wrong and that things can change and each and every one of us can make a difference! May she Rest In Peace. She will never be forgotten. Her legacy lives within us.

Visitation will take place at Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Friday, January 17, 2020 from 4pm until 9pm with a Rosary to be recited at 7pm. A funeral procession will depart at 10:30am on Saturday, January 18, 2020 for an 11:30am Mass at Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Interment to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens.
