Ruth, born on March 13, 1961, was called home to be with our Lord on May 24, 2022 at the age of 61. She is reunited in Heaven with her siblings, Salomon Duran Jr., Yolanda Moreno, Gilbert Duran, Richard Duran and Elizabeth Rojas. Ruth is loved and will be greatly missed by her children Benjamin Duran, Ericka Salas, Felix Torres and wife Celia Pena; 11 grandchildren; 1 great-granddaughter; siblings Armando Duran and Mary Sanchez as well as other loving relatives and friends.

Ruth was full of love; her smile filled our hearts with joy. She loved music and dancing. The love she gave us will remain in our hearts for all eternity.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, June 9th, 2022 at Castillo Funeral Home from 4:00pm-8:00pm with a Prayer Service to take place at 6:00pm. Family and friends will gather at Castillo Funeral Home at 10:00am on Friday June 10th, 2022 for a Chapel Service with graveside service to follow at San Fernando Cemetery III.
