Obituary

Sabrina Lynn Lopez, born on February 22, 1985, was peacefully called home to be with our Lord and Savior on August 11, 2025. She was 40 years old.

Sabrina is preceded in death by her father, David Chavarria.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and devotion, deeply missed by her husband of 24 years, Ray Lopez, and their five beautiful children: Ray Lee Lopez, Jay Lopez, Zayden Lopez, Drayden Lopez, and Ariella Lopez. Sabrina's life was also filled with the love of her mother, Denise De Leon and husband Johnny DeLeon , her beloved grandmother, Rosa Villarreal, her sister Savanna Chavarria, and her brother Bernabe Chavarria.

Born in the small town of Monahans, Texas, Sabrina grew up in the suburbs of Michigan, where she nurtured her passions from an early age. From competing in pageants across the state to playing volleyball and cheerleading in high school, Sabrina was always involved and eager to embrace new challenges.

After her family relocated to Texas, Sabrina met the love of her life, Ray Lopez, and together they built a life full of love, faith, and dedication. Sabrina's greatest joy was her children, whom she nurtured with endless love and care. As a stay-at-home mom, she poured herself into her family, always reminding them of her love for them.

Sabrina was a woman of deep faith. She embraced Jesus Christ as her Savior and made it her mission to share her love for the Lord with others. Her unwavering belief was evident in her words and actions, and her faith sustained her in every season of life. Though Sabrina's time with us was far too short, we take comfort knowing that she is at peace, surrounded by the love of our Heavenly Father. Her light will continue to shine in the hearts of all who knew her, and her memory will forever be cherished by her family, friends, and everyone whose life she touched.

May she rest in eternal peace.
