Sally H. Chavana passed away on Janurary 18th, 2021 in San Antonio, Texas. She was born on November 23rd, 1957 to Jose S. Hernandez and Olivia Morales. Mrs. Chavana is preceded in death by her parents and sister Lillie Gonzales. She is survived by her loving husband Jesse Chavana III; sons Jason Chavana(Erica) and Jacob Chavana(Elizabeth); grandchildren Aria, Penelope and Alba; sister Rosalinda Hernandez; and brothers Joe Hernandez Jr., Rogelio Hernandez, and Paul Hernandez.
