Salvador Montelongo, born December 18, 2003, was called home to be with our Lord on June 22, 2026. He is reunited in heaven with his grandma Sarah Cortez.

Salvador lived his life rooted in faith, family and love. His faith kept him going throughout life’s joys and challenges, and we take comfort in knowing that he has been welcomed into the arms of the Lord.

He is survived by his parents, grandfather, siblings, uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and last but not least, his 2 little boys, who were truly the light of his life. He took immense pride in his kids, showing us what a father’s love contains.

Sal’s humorous spirit and unwavering love for his family have left a mark on all who were fortunate to know him. We will think of him in every laugh, story and memory that brings a smile through our tears.

He will be deeply missed, forever loved and never forgotten. We praise God that he is in heaven and experiencing the fullness of joy found in God’s presence.
