Santiago "James" Pedraza, age 68, fell asleep in death on June 23, 2024 in San Antonio, Texas. James was born to Minerva Pedraza and Jose Angel Pedraza in San Antonio on December 25, 1955. James attended Sydney Lanier high-school. He is preceded in death by his parents Minerva and Jose Angel Pedraza and brother Joe Pedraza. James is survived by his sisters Mary A. Delgado(Roland) and Janie Martinez(Lorenzo). He held a special place in the hearts of numerous nieces, nephews, as well as cousins and friends. James was affectionately known as "Uncle James".

We will greatly miss his sense of humor, generosity, and above all his love. He was also well respected in his community. His absence will be deeply felt by his whole family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to know him. Visitation to take place at Castillo Funeral Home on Wednesday July 3, 2024, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm with a Rosary to begin at 6:00p.m. Services to conclude Wednesday evening.
