Silvia C.
Neira
December 21, 1950 – October 21, 2020
12/21/1950 – 10/21/2020
Silvia C. Neira was called home to our Lord on the 21 st of October in the year of 2020 at the age of 69. After battling cancer for a long 3 years, with an immeasurable amount of faith, she passed at home where she was surrounded by an abundance of love and family members.
Born December 21 st , 1950, in San Antonio Tx, Silvia touched the lives of all that knew her. She was an amazing wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She was the shoulder to cry on, the ears that listened without judging, the person you would call to chisme, the house to be at on a Saturday night, and the strongest woman you knew.
She married the love of her life, Delfino G. Neira III in the spring of 1976. Within the 44 years of marriage, most of her time spent was creating beautiful memories. She was a wonderful cook, and a firm believer in the saying " The way to the heart is through the stomach.". If she was not baking something with love, she was yelling BINGO at the nearest open bingo hall, and if she felt lucky enough she was at the casino putting her half in the high roller machine taking turns with Delfino on the slot machine. Silvia was blessed to have 3 handsome boys, whom she raised to be great men.
She is preceded in death by parents Ernestina and Rudy Campos, as well as sons Delfino C. Neira IV and Timothy Mojica.
Silvia C. Neira is loved and will be deeply missed by her spouse Delfino G. Neira III, children James Mojica and spouse Zandra Mojica, grandchildren: Megan De La Cruz, Mariah Mojica, Destinee Mojica, James Mojica Jr., Desiree Mojica, Drake Mojica, Alexus Neira, Samara Neira, great grandchildren: Mia Amor De La Cruz, Layla Jade Edwards, Blake Barrera, brothers and sisters: Rudolfo Campos and wife Toni Campos, Jerry Campos and wife Silvia Campos, Delia Hernandez and late husband Albert Hernandez, David Campos and wife Monica Campos, and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces nephews, cousins, and friends.
