It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Soila Reyes Lopez, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who entered into eternal rest on August 14, 2025 surrounded by her family.

Soila was the devoted wife of Jose Benedicto Lopez Jr. , with whom she shared a lifetime of love and partnership for 62 years. Together, they raised a beautiful family and built a legacy of faith, resilience, and unity.

She was the proud and loving mother of Jose Benedicto Lopez III, Sharon Ann Flores, Kenneth Anthony Lopez, Kimberly Marie Cantù, and Michelle Amber Talamantez. Her children, along with her grandchildren and extended family, were her greatest joy and her life's purpose.

Soila will always be remembered for her unwavering love for her family, her kindness, and the warmth she brought to every gathering. Her generosity, strength, and faith touched all who knew her, leaving behind cherished memories that will live on through her loved ones.

She is preceded in death by Dolores Reyes Garza, and is survived by her husband, children, grandchildren, and many relatives and friends who will miss her dearly.

Her spirit will live on in the hearts of all who loved her.
