Stella G. Castaneda entered eternal rest on Sunday, January 24, 2021 at the blessed age of 84. She was born April 4, 1936 in San Antonio, TX to Estevan and Sophia Solis.  She is reunited in heaven with her parents and grandson Elpidio Estevan Medelez.
She is loved and will be greatly missed by her husband Steve Castaneda; children Leticia J. Loeschel, Gina Marie Filipponi, Teresa Suzanne Perales (Prospero), Peter Steven Medelez, Vincent Martin Medelez; grandchildren Jean, Laurie, Brian, Peter, Sophia, Anna, Andrea, Joash; sisters Susie Cruz, Susie Moreno, as well as extended family members and friends. She will live forever in the hearts and spirits of her family and friends
