Stella Castillo was born on January 23rd, 1935, and passed away peacefully into the arms of the
Lord on March 28th, 2026, at 91 years old. She lived a life guided by love, faith and gratitude. She was known for her dedication to her family, strength of spirit and unwavering guidance. She valued family solidarity, supporting
those in need and was deeply proud of our accomplishments. Stella is remembered and cherished by her daughter, granddaughter, nieces, nephews and community for her steadfastness and love. The family will receive guests at the Castillo Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 7th, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. with a Chapel Service conducted at 6:00 p.m. Guests will meet at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery, Shelter 3, on Wednesday, April 8th, 2026, for a 10:30 a.m. interment ceremony.
