Telesfora Mendoza was called into the Lord's Heavenly Home surrounded by family on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at the blessed age of ninety-four. Telesfora was born in Monclova, Coahuila Mexico on February 18, 1930, to Francisco Lopez and Refugio De Luna. Telesfora was devoted to her family and loved to spend her time with them. She enjoyed window-shopping, going to eat, or just being out and about with her family. She enjoyed cleaning, making tortillas, and cooking for her family.  We were blessed to have the most patient, loving, and kind wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Telesfora will be dearly missed. She is reunited in Heaven with her beloved Husband, Ramon Mendoza; parents Francisco Lopez and Refugio De Luna; daughter Maricela Huerta, granddaughter Malorie Rae Borrego; great-grandson Peter De Luna; siblings Lazaro, Jose, Francisco, and Lola; sons-in-law Luis Aguilar and Ronald Gomez. Telesfora is survived by her daughter Maria C. Aguilar, Son Zacarias Mendoza (Diana), daughters Griselda Gomez, Alicia Rodriguez (Jorge), and Leticia Mendoza; son Raymond Mendoza (Marissa); daughter Melissa Palacios; 16 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren with 2 on the way; numerous great great-grandchildren and numerous extended family and friends. Visitation to take place on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. with a Rosary to begin at 6:00 p.m. Family and friends will depart in procession at 9:15 a.m. on Thursday, October 3, 2024, for a 10:00 a.m. funeral mass at St. Mary Magdalen Catholic Church with burial following at San Fernando Cemetery III.
