Teresa G. Humphreys was called to eternal rest by our Lord on October 2nd, 2023, at the blessed age of 77. Teresa was born on April 17, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas to the late Fransisco and Eva Gutierrez.

Teresa worked in hospitality and was an honorable employee of the Holiday Inn for 25 years, making sure that every guest had a comfortable and memorable stay. She was a dual-natured woman who devoted herself to God and her church and knew how to have fun while serving her Lord. Teresa was the life of the party. She loved to dance her heart out, play bingo with her friends, and was a talented crafter.

She is reunited in heaven with her parents, Francisco and Eva Gutierrez; siblings, Francisco Gutierrez Jr, Alfredo Gutierrez, and Edward Gutierrez; grandmother Micaela; and brother-in-law, Thomas Gaitan.

Left to celebrate her memory are her siblings Eva Trevino (Richard), Gloria Gomez (Richard), and Rebecca Gaitan; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members and beloved friends.

Teresa will be missed tremendously. Heaven has gained a treasured soul.
