Theresa was born on August 27, 1949, in San Antonio, Texas to the late Ladislado and Roselee Rodriguez. She accomplished so many incredible things in life, but she especially loved her family and the memories made together with them. Together, Theresa and her husband Carlos shared forty-five incredible years of marriage and together raised two children, Mark and Melissa. With a passion and drive to learn, she graduated from college with a specialty in child development. Theresa loved being a wife, mother and then grandmother full of love, support, encouragement, and guidance. Her capacity for generosity knew no bounds as she was someone who would help anyone in need. She inspired those around her to be a better person. Theresa enjoyed the simple pleasures in life such as finding peace outside gardening at home. She enjoyed stress relieving coloring books and catching up with reality tv in her free time. Every week she made time to get her nails done, that was her biggest pleasure. Many songs Theresa loved will always take family and friends back to those good times together; the way she would dance with a smile on her face will always be held close in our hearts and memories forever. She truly was devoted to her children and family and brought immense joy to those around her. We loved her caring ways, and she will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her.
Words cannot express the feeling in our hearts. Thank you for your prayers and support during this difficult time. Your shared memories, comforting condolences and gestures of love are truly appreciated.
