Tomasa Y. Rymers was called to her heavenly home on Thursday, July 1, 2021 at the blessed age of 78. She was born on July 6, 1942 in San Antonio, Texas to Ambrosio and Tomasa Yanez. Tomasa was a woman of faith and very devoted to her church. She is reunited in Heaven with her parents, brothers: Ambrose Yanez(twin), Emilio Yanez, and Trini Yanez, sisters: Mary Aguirre, Elvira Chavarria, and Eloisa Morales. Tomasa was deeply loved and will be missed and survived by her husband of 51 years, Gilbert V. Rymers; her son Gilbert Anthony Rymers; daughter Grace Marie Rymers; son Gary Rymers and wife Erica Rymers; 8 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren; and her brother Tony Yanez. Tomasa's Visitation will take place on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 from 3:30pm until 7:30pm with a Rosary 6:00pm. Family and friends will depart in procession on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at 10:00am to St. Anthony Claret Catholic Church for a 11:00am Mass. Interment to follow at Rymers Ranch Cemetery.
