Velma Garza Elizondo was called home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 18, 2022 at the blessed age of 85. She was born June 4, 1936 in Monterrey, Nuevo Leon, MX. She is preceded in death by her her loving husband Raul Pena Galan; son Raul Pena and parents Eloisa Elizondo de Garza and Eloy Garza Gutierrez. She is loved and will be greatly missed by her sons Rodolfo Pena, Eloy Alejandro Pena (Martha Salgado), Jose Horacio Pena (Diana Cantu), Raymundo Pena; grandchildren Alejandro, Mauricio, Paola, Rodrigo, Fernanda, Nicholas, Raul Horacio; siblings Hortencia Gonzalez, Noe Garza, Hector Garza, Martha Luevano; nieces, nephews and extended family members and friends. Heaven has gained our most beloved blessing. She will live forever in our hearts.
