Victoria Murillo Acuna passed away peacefully on Monday, April 29, 2024 at the age of 83. She was born on May 20, 1940. Victoria was the life of the party and could light up the room with beautiful smile. She loved to live life, dance and enjoyed her favorite Mexican music. Victoria loved to tend to her roses and will be forever missed by all those that were touched by her spirit. She is reunited in heaven with her Adopted Sister Ofelia Faz, Grandsons Richard (Nicki) Garcia and Joshua Villareal, Adopted Mother Petra Salinas de Murillo and Adopted Father Acencion Murillo and Birth father Santos Landa. Victoria is deeply loved and will be forever missed by her Birth Mother Guadalupe Salinas, Birth Sister Elma Quinoes, Children Gloria Jean Garcia, Margaret Ann Castillo, John Anthony Acuna, Rose Marie Aguirre and Jeanette Lee Acuna, 11 Grandchildren, 27 Great- Children plus numerous nieces, nephews and extended family and friends. The family invites you to celebrate Victoria's remarkable life on Thursday, May 9, 2024 at Castillo Funeral Home from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. with a Prayer Service recited at 6 p.m. On Friday, May 10 after a 10:00 a.m. Chapel Service there will be a formal departure to San Fernando Catholic Cemetery II where she will be laid to rest.
