Victoria P. Gonzales passed away on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at the age of 74. She was born on June 11, 1946 in San Antonio, Texas. She found joy in her life through simple pleasures; talking with family or friends, supporting her church, watching the various sports or music activities for her children or grandchildren. Victoria touched many lives through her infectious laugh or her soft but stern encouragement to always do your best. She was blessed with a large family and will be loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.

Victoria is preceded in death by her mother Teresa Barrera. Victoria's legacy will live on in the hearts of her beloved husband of 51 years, Rudy Gonzales Sr.; daughter Veronica Gonzales, son Rudy Gonzales Jr. (Jo Ann); grandchildren Benjamin Gonzales and Dominick Gonzales; and siblings Bertha Martinez, Joe Anthony Matamoros, Evelene Matamoros, Raymond Barrera, Teresa Barrera, Norma Jean Carriza (Manuel), Orlando Matamoros, and Esperanza Rodriguez (Daniel). Visitation Will take place at Castillo Mission Funeral Home on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 from 3:30pm until 7:30pm with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00pm. Family and friends will depart in procession from the funeral home at 9am on Wednesday, April 14, 2021 for a 10:00am Mass at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church.
