Yvonne Garcia passed away on Easter Sunday, April 4, 2021 in Corpus Christi, Texas at the age of 48. She was born on February 15, 1973 in San Antonio, Texas to Gloria Torres and Oscar Garcia. She is reunited in Heaven with her father Oscar, sister Denise Garcia, brother Bobby Garcia, and her Uncle Leroy. Yvonne leaves her legacy in the hearts and actions of her loving husband of 26 years Matthew A. Guerra, son Michael Romo, daughters Stephanie M. Guerra, Savannah Guerra, and Nayeli Guerra; Mother Gloria Torres; siblings Laura, Valerie, Sonia, Catherine & Erik. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends. Visitation will take place on Friday, April 16, 2021 from 3:30pm until 7:30 pm with a Rosary to be recited at 6:00pm. Family and friends will meet at 10:00am for visitation on Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Harlandale United Methodist Church, 6025 S. Flores 78214 with a service to begin at 11:00am.
